Cityview on Ridgewood – Lights on

The lights are on at 1914 Ridgewood St. This series of images captures various perspectives of the exterior lighting at the Cityview on Ridgewood development.

We opted to use CFL (Compact Fluorescent Light) bulbs in the interior surface mount light fixtures, where applicable, as well as on the exterior recessed lights. Energy Star qualified CFL’s:

• Use about 75% less energy than standard incandescent bulbs and last up to 10 times longer.
• Save about $30 or more in electricity costs over each bulb’s lifetime.
• Produce about 75% less heat, so they’re safer to operate and can cut energy costs associated with home cooling.
